Director Profile
Born in 1963, Mr Philip Chang has been nurturing his interest and talent in electronics engineering since his young age. After obtaining a Certificate in Electronics Engineering, he went on to gain further qualifications in this field by completing his Diploma in Electronics Engineering as well as training in Japan, his hard work has not been in vain.
